Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling of projects.
• Manage and lead a team of supervisors, technicians and operation of assigned projects.
• Manage projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule.
• To handle design for projects and to ensure clients' requirements are met.
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors.
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects.
• To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks.
• Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow.
• Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge.
• To liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders.

The Senior/ Physiotherapist develops and provides rehabitative care and services based on the care model, to residents of the Nursing Home(s). You will have opportunities to work with other healthcare professionals to design appropriate rehabilitation programmes for the residents of the nursing home. You may be involved in developing prevention and treatment programmes with inputs from the residents and may use advanced technology or robotics to relieve pain, improve muscle strength, joint range and mobility, increase exercise tolerance, and improve respiratory function. You will also provide caregiver education to facilitate residents’ recovery.

Clinical Care

• Assess, evaluate and identify rehabilitation needs of residents; formulate/develop and implement appropriate individualised physiotherapy programmes to facilitate, restore, improve or maintain movement/function.
• Evaluate, monitor and review treatment on a regular basis to document needs and progress of diets and ensure that treatment is appropriate and effective.
• Evaluate and prescribe assistive devices to improve function in activities of daily living as required by residents.
• Maintain good communication and liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitation process and refer residents to respective professionals for consultation and appropriate intervention.

Training & Development

• Guide, supervise and train physiotherapy students, therapist assistants, caregivers and volunteers on their performance of duties and implementation of programmes, to ensure safe and effective treatment of residents.
• Provide training for caregivers in preparation for residents' discharge back into the home environment.

Administration

• Maintain database/records of all residents to provide evidence-based treatment with accurate and appropriate documentation.
• Ensure that proper documentation is made for all treatment rendered to residents.
• Any other duty as assigned by the Rehab Manager or Director of Nursing

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in physiotherapy recognised by the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council.
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience, with experience in rehab services and hospitals, care homes and rehab centres. Fully Registered Therapist with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council preferred

Specific job description

• Exploration: Be on the constant lookout for market trends, competitive activity, best-in-class digital and social case studies that keep our teams and clients abreast with what’s going on.
• Strategy development: Receive and interrogate briefs from clients. Using modern research techniques e.g. social media monitoring as well as traditional techniques e.g. focus groups, create insights which lead to clear strategies that address clients’ briefs and inspire creative teams.
• Creative development and execution: Work with creative teams to ensure that ideas developed are on brief.
• Optimisation: Constantly monitor progress and recommend ways in which the work can be improved.

Desired skills and experience:

• You should be degree-educated, preferably in communications, marketing or business; or have relevant work experience in lieu of this
• 4 years of experience in an international creative, media or research agency: as an analyst, researcher, planner or account manager working with clients in Singapore and Asian markets
• Be bright, articulate, numerate and full of initiative; able to write and present a persuasive story from disparate data sources
• Be intellectually curious and able to apply this curiosity in a practical manner. Have an innate sense of the right questions and measures of success for each situation
• Be cognisant of business realities and comfortable with a constant state of organised chaos – that’s just the reality of the trade
• Be passionate about digital and social media, and the places today’s consumers inhabit
• Have the ability to take the job but not yourself too seriously
• Having an entrepreneurial itch to champion business-building initiatives for the agency and clients – is a plus
• Having hands-on experience with industry tools such as Google Analytics, Radian6 and other research/benchmarking applications – is also a (huge) plus
