Responsibilities

• Lead People Operations at Ascenda and drive continuous improvement initiatives, using technology to streamline and standardize processes and policies
• Set the HR team technology roadmap including maintenance, review, testing and implementation of HR technology systems (HRIS, ATS, benefits administration technology etc.) and enhancements and ensure cross-functional alignment
• Own lead and drive simple and where possible HR tech enabled people operations processes throughout the people lifecycle
• Ensure that the foundations work seamlessly whilst relentlessly continuing to improve experience and efficiency (from the day to day to transformative projects)
• Manage and lead various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, insurance and HR audits
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and enforce HR policies and processes that mitigate risk and protect the company from exposure and harm
• Implement and oversee data governance that maintains the integrity of data in HR related systems
• Work closely with finance and/or outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims
• Work directly with third party vendors and our benefits brokers to ensure best-in-class and competitive benefits
• Oversee management of immigration requirements such as application and renewal of work visas etc.
• Manage and oversee EOR arrangements in locations where Ascenda does not have a legal entity presence
• Support with employee relations matters by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application
• Institute people data analytics, insights and reporting that inform strategy and improve the people experience

What you bring to the table

• 7-10 years of experience in people operations / experience or similar role
• You’ve done this before, you’ve worked in a fast paced tech growth environment – implemented and integrated new HR tech platforms, understand the intricacies of EOR, Global PEO, managed employee benefits, rewards and equity internationally
• You know what excellent, simple and seamless people experiences look like and you’ve implemented them before
• Proven experience launching and driving multiple system implementations (e.g. HRIS, ATS etc.) requiring change management communication
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations to maintain optimal system performance.
• Employee relations expertise: Strong understanding of employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism

The Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the NUS Business School’s strategic fundraising efforts. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Digitalization and Systems (Manager/Senior Manager) for one of our global shipping clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and optimization of digital technologies and systems on our client fleet of vessels. This role will focus on driving the digital transformation of fleet systems, leveraging telematics, fleet management software, IoT solutions, and data analytics to improve fleet performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain a prominent profile with clients/intermediaries
• Develop new and existing sales opportunities to meet growth targets
• Ensure risks are accepted and underwritten in accordance with the Company's Risk Management and Reinsurance guidelines
• Undertake credit control ensuring the standard for debtor days are strictly adhered to
• Provide a technical reference point for queries
• Carry out quality assurance checks and assist in training of less experienced staff

• Tertiary qualification, preferably with a professional insurance qualification e.g. ACII
• Minimum Certificate in General Insurance

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial Account Development Senior Manager who has prior experience of generating new revenue from existing clients. Taking direct accountability for a cluster of global clients, the Account Development SM combines an excellent knowledge of the FMCG industry and a deep understanding of NielsenIQ products and services. Responsibilities

• Individual seller responsible for accelerating organic growth whilst delivering on revenue plans
• Own the commercial relationship with your clients, develop Joint Business Plans and a strong understanding of your clients’ business strategy, objectives and growth opportunities

Role Overview

The Senior marketing and community manager will lead all facets of marketing, from strategy to execution for Viddsee Reels (Micro Dramas) across the region, including target segment analysis, content selection, marketing campaigns, re-engagement campaigns (push notifications/edms) and PR.

You will be reporting directly to our VP, Products and Platform.

Our head office is based in Singapore, but this role could potentially be based outside of Singapore.

Primary Responsibilities

Audience Understanding

• Reviewing Viddsee's existing users and understanding consumption patterns to understand how to market micros dramas to existing users and to new users.
• Understanding the micro drama format and micro dramas target segments to market to new users who are unaware of micro drams.

Marketing Strategy and Execution

• Identification of key target segments, plan marketing strategy and ensure that it is executed to hit key objectives and targets

Campaign Management

• Devise campaign strategies in harmony with business objectives and audience insights.
• Lead the team to execute campaign parameters, including budget allocation, audience targeting, creative assets and bidding strategies.

Retention and Engagement strategies

• Devise strategies for retention to increase watch time including content/title planning, in app push notifications and product changes
• Lead the team to execute retention strategies, including budget allocation, audience targeting, creative assets and messaging

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing marketing performance, insights, return on investment (ROI), and actionable recommendations.
• Design and maintain dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility of campaign metrics.
• Undertake post-campaign analysis to extract valuable lessons and inform future strategies.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Social Media and Community management

• Manage and oversee social media accounts for Viddsee reels ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Understand and use the main Viddsee account to acquire new and existing users to use the app
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies for community management, acquisition and retention
• Analyse social media performance and create reports to track engagement, reach, and ROI.

Collaboration and Communication

• Liaise with creative teams to ensure that advertising copy, visuals, and messaging are congruent with campaign and social media goals.
• Coordinate with the analytics team to validate data accuracy and derive actionable insights.
• Engage with external agencies or vendors, as required, to execute specialised campaign initiatives.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Experience in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok Campaign Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and performance measurement.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey campaign performance and strategic insights.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in driving brand awareness and engagement.
• Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns under stringent deadlines.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
• Understanding Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Leading a cross country marketing team is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• A thorough understanding of SEO, SEM, integrated marketing strategies, and social media management tools.
