Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):

• A minimum of 5+ years proven experience in the implementation of technological changes, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
• Experience working with wealth and private banking clients in APAC and engaged in major transformation projects with hands-on experience at Implementing Technical integrations in some of the following areas: Order and Execution Management, Portfolio management, Credit Operations.
• Experience delivering Migration and Implementation projects with at least one of the following Wealth Management Solution : Avaloq, Triple A & Transact Temenos, EdgeLab/Evooq.
• A proven Track Record at designing and implementing complex solutions.
• Ability to show initiative when dealing with clients, form strong relationships with new clients, and maintain existing relationships
• Superb interpersonal skills, with ability to lead.
• The ability to proffer good mentorship and coaching skills towards other team members
• First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Business language fluency in English
• Willingness to travel
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Asia country empty container inventory and flow
• Analyze and plan the most effective empty container repositioning
• Communicate with space controllers and local offices to execute empty repositioning on time
• Chair weekly/biweekly conference calls with local office’s Container Flow Management teams
• Manage ad-hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by Head of Department
• Be a main contact window for local Container Flow Management teams to raise and help resolve issues
• Provide backup support for team members

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint; Microsoft Access skills would be advantageous
• Strong communication skills, to co-work with other units closely
• Good data handling skills
• Strong sense of urgency, able to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
