1. Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans

d. Analysis and tracking of projects using software tools to ensure on track in schedule, provide lens for sales to drive performing categories and correct non-performance.

• To assist the appointed Project Manager in managing the project inclusive of cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, construction management until project completion and handover.

Position Summary

The IT Disaster Recovery Programme Manager will lead the end-to-end disaster recovery life cycle at BCS which includes business impact analysis, planning, testing and governance. The incumbent will partner the IT leadership team to prepare applications, infrastructure, and systems in the event of a technology disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve cross-functional programmes that enable the recovery of critical IT business functions and systems.
• Collaborate with IT leaders and relevant teams to develop enterprise disaster recovery plans and strategies to meet the business’ RTO and RPO.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery technology setup (on-prem and on cloud).
• Ensure new applications, systems and infrastructure introduced have clear disaster recovery requirements and solutions.
• Work closely with the Event Management team, Business Continuity Programme (BCP) team and IT Leaders during a crisis event to coordinate the disaster recovery responses and recovery.
• Conduct annual disaster recovery exercise to validate the effectiveness of recovery plans and report test results to IT Leaders and BCP team.
• Schedule and coordinate call tree and recovery exercises for all IT systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for disaster recovery procedures
• Work with Data Center department to ensure understanding and alignment of the Operating Center recovery plan.
• Partner with IT Leadership to ensure vendors supporting the business have the appropriate service level recovery standards and agreement in place, which align with BCS’ standards and requirements.

Requirements

As a Program Manager in the Regulatory PMO you will work with members of Regulatory Affairs and act as the central project manager in partnership with counsel, to coordinate how Google responds to inquiries and investigations by government and regulatory agencies worldwide. The successful incumbent will be responsible for namely in category management (sourcing), reporting/KPI and supplier pre-qualification & procedure. The incumbent will be the regional POC for global category strategies and leading new sourcing projects. He/She will execute sourcing (source to contract) which includes, tendering process, negotiation, sourcing strategy development and contract award. Additionally, the incumbent will conduct training sessions to regional affiliates on sourcing & procurement tools and process improvement of SAP system.
