Onboarding
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
• Guide new hires through the completion of necessary documentation, such as employment contracts, benefits enrollment forms, and confidentiality agreements.
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Serve as a point of contact for new employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Benefits Administration
• Long Service Awards: Managing long service award administration, planning of long service award celebrations and announcements, innovate on experiences for long service award recipients
• Wellness Programs: Leading and managing the yearly and monthly wellness programs
• Support the Rewards Manager in all benefits administration, including international mobility cases HR Ops Systems
• ServiceNow implementation and upgrades: Promptly attend to all HR ticket requests, including report generation and letter preparation, enhance the overall features of the HR system HR Operations Implement, monitor and improve processes and systems that support HR operations’ needs:
• Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers, e.g. temp accommodation provider
• Employment Milestones: Provide administrative support for employment confirmations, promotions, long service awards, contract renewals/extensions, etc.
• Employee Data Management: Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of HR data across all systems. Maintain and manage employee data in the HRIS.
• Act as a back up for the HR Ops team for payroll, government reporting and other operational processes
• Active participation in ad-hoc HR Projects such as Onboarding, HR ops process review, audits, etc.
