Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best purchase packages in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services, under the approval of the Materials Manager.
• Continuously evaluate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and service levels to optimize procurement processes.
• Coordinate deliveries from local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely receipt of all items.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with standards and expectations.
• Update and maintain the master price list and manage item records in the procurement system.
• Manage documentation control, including Supplier SFA License, ISO Certificate, and other relevant certificates.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments related to purchasing functions as directed by management.

Pre-Requisites:

• Diploma or university degree in Finance, Hospitality, or related field.

• Managing of all direct & indirect material inventory to ensure sufficient supply at all times.

Duties to Be Performed:

Project Manager – Mechanical Systems will work on designing and delivering mechanical systems for industrial properties in semiconductors, electronics, biopharma, and related industries. The mechanical systems include Cleanroom, HVAC, ACMV, exhausts, vacuum, condenser, chilled water, process and process cooling water, fire water, and associated ducts and pipe works. The Duties/ Responsibilities of the Prospective Candidate are,

Job / Skills Requirement:

You should have a bachelor's degree in mechanical. You should have sound experience in mechanical systems in designing and installation works related to semiconductors, biopharma, laboratories, data centers, or process buildings.

You should be familiar with both Singapore and Malaysia’s latest codes, standards, guidelines, regulations, and authorities requirements. Your familiarity with available equipment, modern technology, construction methods, and CAD/ BIM is an added advantage.

You should be able to advise clients and engineers on project execution, supervising progress, and quality of work.
