Senior Cook Job description

The Senior cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. • Manage Asia country empty container inventory and flow
• Analyze and plan the most effective empty container repositioning
• Communicate with space controllers and local offices to execute empty repositioning on time
• Chair weekly/biweekly conference calls with local office’s Container Flow Management teams
• Manage ad-hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by Head of Department
• Be a main contact window for local Container Flow Management teams to raise and help resolve issues
