Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing clients' individual needs, formulating and implementing appropriate occupational therapy programmes, and monitoring their progress at regular intervals.

Clinical

• Keep accurate records of all services provided and billing for residents

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulation and SOPs.

• Conduct admission and routine assessments of residents/clients.

•Conduct initial assessments of clients to identify their individual needs and formulate appropriate occupational therapy programmes.

· Develop and implement individualized therapy programmes that address Activities of Daily Living, Upper Limb Function and Control, Sensory and Perceptual Skills, Cognition, Behaviour, and Social Skills Training.

· Work with clients on a one-to-one basis or in groups, depending on the level of function and severity.

Others

• Review and suggest improvements to work processes.

• Supervise and train junior support care staff for occupational therapy related activities.

• Maintain proper equipment and inventory control through regular inspection and audits, and report faulty equipment promptly.

Requirements:

• Full registration with AHPC Singapore and a recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations division and supervising Singapore personnel to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards. • Monitor and analyse the Income & Expenses of the service operations, establish business controls and provide solutions to reduce cost and increase revenue. • Manage the customer services and relationship through providing regular feedback and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. • Communicate with Engineers • Defines roles and responsibilities, plans for the department’s future needs and operations; counsels and discuss with managers on performance • Coordinating with Site Managers on manpower planning and arrangements • Challenge for more business opportunities and expand service contracts in various fields to increase revenue. • Promoting company services and sales of machines parts • Ensuring safe and secure work environment for all employees • Ensuring compliance in all procedures including documentation • Attending and preparing documents for audit by customers • Any other duties assigned by the Director

Your Team

You and other Brand Managers (each handling a brand/category) will report to the Senior Brand Manager or Brand Director for the Category or Business Unit. You will work extensively with colleagues from Analytics and Insights, Sales, Communications, Finance,
Research & Development etc.

Responsibilities of the role

• Identify consumers’ needs and wants for P&G’s products, and provide inputs to Research & Development and technical team to design the right package and formula to win with local consumers
• Lead consumer researches to develop qualified brand concept, benefit and claims that addresses consumers’ unmet needs
• Communicate with local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives
• Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of consumers
• Develop initiatives fit-for-use toolkits (including copy, prints, digital i-banners, social & eCommerce contents, sampling trial toolkits, in-store activation and demos, etc.), and deploy/guide the delivery team for execution
• Coordinate with R&D, Consumer Research teams to qualify the product and package through various tests.
• Craft promotion/pricing strategy and customer/distributor trade terms with the local trade team
• Work with technical team to find the best solution of supply chain to manage the product cost within affordable level

• A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s is fine, preferably with some business focus)

Project Managers within DRIVE play the role of architects (end-to-end) of the GM / ALMT Value Chain. What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?

Primary Role Responsibilities

• Frame the project upfront, define the most adequate governance to lead the project to success and get signoff
• When relevant, consolidate the design the solution that the project is to deliver, with proper signoff from clients & IT architecture & relevant contributors
• Build/consolidate and maintain the project plan, effectively manage unplanned events, manage dependencies and critical path,
• Drive the project team to completion in close interaction with the Project Sponsor, ensure effective communication, continuous alignment of all contributors and timely running of governance routines
• Take responsibility for - when appropriate - some of the actions and analysis related to the project, without losing focus on the roadmap
• Secure the staffing of the project team, with the support of line managers and/or relevant governance body in charge of allocating resources
• Perform project retrospective to leverage on experience and learn lessons for improvement for the future.

Other contributions

• Be able to provide Project progress KPI, allowing to demonstrate adherence (or not) to initial plan
• Proactively propose and set-up mitigation plans.
