Role

You should be an experienced, broadly capable project and communications manager or director with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a PR agency or in-house, able to handle a wide range of assignments, projects and/or clients with a high degree of success and independence. • Senior FSM is responsible for ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations and maintaining all fire safety systems. This includes overseeing the implementation of the building's emergency response plan, conducting regular inspections and fire drills, and ensuring fire safety certification requirement are met.

• Proven experience in people analytics, including predictive analytics that supports HR metrics and strategic initiatives.
• Previous experience in creating and managing dashboards and visual representations of data via data visualization tools and/ or HRIS systems, along with strong Excel skills for data manipulation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
