The Contracts Manager will lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration and review of procurement and contract management. Responsibilities:

• Manage in-house payroll process full cycle.
• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
• Perform timesheet calculations and liaise with the Operations on the attendance and leave matters.
• Handle tax clearance, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax filing and the submission of government paid-leave claims, NS claims, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Payroll. Overseas payroll experience is an added advantage (for Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Hong Kong, China and Malaysia).
