You will be responsible for management reporting and financial analysis for a regional portfolio. You will provide explanation of variances and key performance drivers, coordinate the consolidation of results across AMA or reporting purposes and monthly and quarterly business review presentations.

Your team

Responsibilities of the role

• Lead in monthly regional product supply financial forecast, actual proofing, and accruals in a high sophisticated accounting environment;
• Provide financial leadership to key business partners in RBU, SMO across multifunctional teams
• Lead in cross country-category loss analysis to deliver net savings and drive competitive cost structure to fuel profitable growth for the business;
• Lead financial analysis of supply network design projects, collaborating with engineers and product supply leaders;
• Lead in delivering high standards of stewardship in T&W organisation and process workflow

Qualifications - External

• 3-5 years of proven track record in managing high volume P&L budget across a matrix organisation with high level of agility
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/MBA preferred.
• Detailed understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Knowledge of Statutory accounting principles.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
• Maturity, integrity, and high level of discretion are required
• Independent worker and analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve sophisticated problems
• Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.

Manage a Private Banking FX Product and Advisory Platform and own the FX P/L as well as providing secondary support to Structured Products business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Advisory

• Package route to market executable ideas with inputs from 1) Research 2) Industry Intelligence and ground feedback, and 3) current books
• Drive Investment themes and product focus, giving color and depth to the investment books. Provide frontline with actionable focus to maneuver the markets, the support from Research
• Provide solutions for client’s FX requests
• Educate Client Advisors and team members on FX
• Be a recognized authority within the Bank in FX

Product Platform

• Set up access to full range of FX offerings
• Manage relationships with major counterparties and key market players
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and bank's product development and management policies
• Ensure end to end platform readiness and robustness for product sale

Summary

You will be responsible to oversee and lead the day-to-day delivery of operations in key areas, namely, program scheduling, network presentation, digital content management and promo production for entire Asia Pacific region. Key Responsibilities
