Job Description – Club Program Padel Coach

Venue and Company description
We are a well-established tennis and padel academy, working with various clubs, schools, and private clients across Singapore. We specialize in coaching players of all levels and ages, and we’re seeking a dedicated padel coach to lead at a new venue, where the ability to build a strong coaching customer base is essential
Job duties and responsibilities
Coach padel to players of all levels and age groups, both in group and private settings.
Build a customer base for the new venue by developing strong rapport with potential and existing clients.
Network and engage with clients to attract more leads and build long-term relationships.
Create tailored lesson plans that are engaging and educational for all clients.
Work independently across various venues in Singapore, including clubs, schools, and condos.
Mentor and train junior members of the team
Manage lesson scheduling, attendance tracking, and ensure lesson policies ( , payment and cancellation) are communicated and followed.
Maintain and care for coaching equipment, ensuring it is organized and in good condition.
Arrive at coaching venues at least 15 minutes before the start of each lesson to prepare.
Candidate qualifications and skills
Minimum 3 years of full-time experience coaching padel.
Minimum 3 years of full time experience teaching padel to kids.
Internationally recognized coaching qualifications in padel would be a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain a client base.
Experience networking with clients to generate business.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Positive attitude and passion for working with players of all levels.
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (35-40 hours per week).
