• Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive

• Dressing order for presentation

• Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides

• Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner

• Storing all food properly

• Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils

• Reordering stock and food supplies

• Monitoring other cooks and team members

• Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed

• Previous experience as a cook, or relevant work experience

• Legally able to work in establishments which serve alcohol

• Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends

• Lead and motivate a team of hair stylists to provide excellent service to customers to meet target.
• Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair and listening to their needs.
• Describing different hair care products and their benefits.
• Cutting, Shampooing, Coloring, Perming and Scalp treatment.
• Selling hair care retail products.
• Building personal relationship with customers to ensure return visits.
• Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
• Managing bookings and welcoming clients into the shop.
• Managing inventory and top-up in advance whenever necessary.
• Managing attendance file and scheduling OT for those in need.

Requirements

• Have related experience in hair beauty industry.
• Passionate about hair beauty industry and keep updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.
• Pleasant personality, easygoing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual.

Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

· Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

· Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

· Receive complaints and resolve problems

· Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
