You will be a trusted consultant to help our clients develop effective campaigns and solutions to meet their marketing objectives.
We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Digital Executive to plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various digital campaigns across a range of platforms. The Senior Digital Executive’s duties will include setting up campaigns, monitoring, optimising and assessing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of campaigns. You will work closely with the team on managing spend, providing insights and analytics as well as meeting KPI of each campaign.
To be successful, you will need to have experience in managing digital campaigns across programmatic, search, social and LinkedIn. You will be an excellent Senior Digital Executive and have a threshold for working under pressure.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Maintain a good relationship with clients for client retention and account management for key major accounts.
● Develop media strategy, channel/ platform recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow-plan;
● Understand the client’s business objectives and goals. Provide strategic consultation to ensure client’s business objectives and goals are met.
● Keep ahead of latest digital marketing news and trends.
● Presentation to the client on the media strategy, optimization strategy or performance of the campaign.
● Assist in market research and social media auditing as required
● Leverage available planning tools and liaise with media owners/ vendors for proposals;
● Engage clients on a day to day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports.
● Campaign set up on self-serve platforms, tagging of ads and client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing;
● Fundamental implementation and ensure performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic).
● Monitor and optimize performance during campaign period across platforms such as Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Programmatic.
● Weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings.
● Any other duties that may be assigned that are compatible with skills and experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES):
● Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing. Candidates graduated from other courses with relevant working experiences are welcome to apply.
● Minimum 1 year of working experiences in account servicing and experienced in media, agency or publisher preferred.
● Have proven experience in managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
● Understand current marketing trends.
● Understanding of campaign KPIs and objectives.
● The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
● Proven results and skill set in performance marketing will be an advantage.
● Skill set in running and optimizing across Programmatic, Google suite of products, Social and LinkedIn.
● Basic knowledge of Ad operations in terms of setting conversion tracking and pixel guidelines.
● Ability to work on excel reports and analysing performance summary for clients
● Be a team player who will proactively provide that sales team with insights and recommendations on how they can advise their clients on the progress of each campaign.
