Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide insightful analysis on key financial metrics, trends, and opportunities.

Reporting and Presentation:

• Prepare and present financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of executive-level presentations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide guidance.
• Collaborate on special projects, providing financial expertise and analysis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications from reputable Universities, recognized by ISCA
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 1 year in a reputable and large public accounting firm
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (SAP preferred)
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and adept in working under pressure and tight timelines

We are looking for a Senior Planner in Singapore Finished Goods Operations team who will manage and oversee Finished Goods operations within a third-party logistics provider (3PL) warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, ensuring the department and business critical metrics are delivered and met. Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Overseas, drives and coordinates with 3PL and personnels from various internal Micron departments on activities relating but not limited to daily operations, inventory and packaging materials management to ensure department and business critical metrics are met.
• Collaborate with 3PL personnel for process compliance and training relating to new process or process changes
• Troubleshoot issues and provide first level system support on system issues. Performs UAT testing for SAP changes relating to project implementation or process changes
• Find opportunities and lead changes for process improvements
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date procedures and conducting internal audits
• Manage direct reports work performance, including prioritizing work, assigning training, setting performance goals, and conducting performance appraisals.
• Lead / support department performance through critical metric tracking, continuous improvement projects, global initiatives as well as ensure compliance to QMS standards and regulatory compliance initiatives.

​Requirements

• Degree in any field with 5 years' relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes. MRP/SAP knowledge preferred. Preferred experience in semiconductor industry
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to interact with all management levels and external partners. Independent, self-motivated great teammate.
• Strategic problem solver who can drive operational excellence while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Capable of interpreting procedures, exercising judgment in complex situations, and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Macros, and data analytics tools like Tableau would be advantageous.

We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu. To cook dishes with taste and timely delivery. As a senior cook you will be responsible for everything that goes in the employer's kitchen. You should also ensure that all cooking meets health and safety standards. Able to multi task and work as a team. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.

Senior cook work responsibilities:

• Oversee all dishes in preparing,cooking and serving
• Prepare dishes according to the approved monthly menu
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standard

Responsibilities:

1. Financial reporting & compliance

• Preparation of group consolidation account
• Compilation of management report
• Month-end closing, variance analysis, cash flow management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and liaising with various business stakeholders
• Work closely with auditors, tax agent, company secretary on statutory accounts and timely filing requirement
• Other ad-hoc assignments as require

Qualifications and Skills:

• Preferable member of ISCA or ACCA with minimum 3 years in Commercial Sector
• Strong familiarity with financial reporting standards and group consolidation accounts
• Experiences in Microsoft ERP is highly advantageous

Job Scope:

• Ensuring that shifts are run smoothly and that standards, cleaniness, and product quality are maintained
• Be responsible for smooth operations of beverage services
• Greeting customers, answering their questions, and recommending beverages based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Following standardized recipes and using proper mixing/shaking techniques to ensure consistent quality
• Monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, and restocking supplies
• Support the outlet manager when required to train colleagues in accordance with the applicable standards and policies
• Handle effectively any kind of customer complaints being verbal or written and report to managers without fail.
• Set up daily bar counter and ensure that mise en place and any other required ingredients, garnishes and equipment are prepared in order to work as efficient as possible.
• Assist the Restaurant/Outlet Manager to create new drinks, mocktails, and cocktails for promotional activity and new menus.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure
• Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the outlet manager including assisting other outlets.

Requirements

• Any Certificates or Diploma in Hospitality/Mixology or its' equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a bartender is preferred.
• Ability to understand guest needs and to deliver superior customer service
• Familiarity with restaurant point of sales and cashiering procedures is a plus
• Bar flairing skills will be a plus
• Ability to prepare and suggest classic and innovative beverages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capabilities to stand for a long period; Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.

Salary:

• SGD2700 - SGD3200 monthly negotiable depending on experience.
