About role

Job Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Health or Health Related discipline such as public health, nursing/allied health, health service management and/or project management
• Knowledge and experience in the principles and practices of patient-centred care, patient and caregiver participation in health, and community engagement
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing and evaluating a multidisciplinary program of activities and services.
• Demonstrated experience at managing all aspects of staff and team performance, including recruitment, staff orientation, supervision, performance development and team building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the organisation; including patients, carers, the community and external providers

• Senior FSM is responsible for ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations and maintaining all fire safety systems.
