We are looking for a Senior Planner in Singapore Finished Goods Operations team who will manage and oversee Finished Goods operations within a third-party logistics provider (3PL) warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, ensuring the department and business critical metrics are delivered and met. Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Overseas, drives and coordinates with 3PL and personnels from various internal Micron departments on activities relating but not limited to daily operations, inventory and packaging materials management to ensure department and business critical metrics are met.
• Collaborate with 3PL personnel for process compliance and training relating to new process or process changes

At FAM@FSC, the Senior Counsellor will conduct counselling for individuals, couples and families facing challenges in their relationships. The Senior Counsellor provides clinical supervision, design, deliver and oversee programmes for the organization. • Managing bookings and welcoming clients into the store.

- Atleast 5 years experience will be required.

• Plan and run physiotherapy services in the Senior Care Centre
• Conduct assessments for SCC clients during admission and periodic reviews.
• Institute an appropriate and effective client therapy treatment.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions with the SCC care team.
• Contribute to formulation and follow-up of clients’ Individual Care Plan [ICP] to ensure holistic health and care coverage.
• Plan and conduct group therapy programme and activities for day care clients.
• Review and revise programme schedule when necessary to enhance quality of therapy program.
• Take charge of proper documentation of therapy records.
• Understand dementia issues and know how to manage clients who display behavioural problems [associated with onset of dementia].
• Interact to foster close and warm relationships with clients’ families and caregivers; and to exhibit with sincerity the care and respect of clients.
• Take charge of other duties which the Centre Manager may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
• Qualified and registered with AHPC [Allied Health Professions Council].
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution; preference is for a candidate with working experience in a community setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a passionate disposition to interact with frail seniors.

Position Management

• Creates clear global market vision based on internal and external market info for all Business Units

• Drives strategic direction of a position, by focusing on the right PMCs, and strategic supply alliances that contribute to our value propositions (e.g. hedgeable strategies, sustainability, etc.)
• Attends Position Committee upon request and represents, in cooperation with product position holders, the BU market view and position targets
• Responsible for guiding Hub traders meeting to ensure right strategy for Business Unit.
• Responsible for accurate position reporting of BU

Business Development and Relationship Management

• Maintains existing and develops new alliances with strategic suppliers and customers
• Supports commercial team by developing and maintaining high level relationships with key accounts (strategic suppliers and customers) allowing them to be more successful in building new business and grow existing relationships
• Maintains and builds multi-disciplinary relationships that support the business objectives
• Identifies market opportunities (high level, market trends, macro) that can be translated into actual business by the broader commercial organization
• Drives change and innovation across the Hub to assure our organization stays current and relevant with changing times

General Commercial

• Responsible for accurate internal price reporting of BU
• Optimizes deals by strong negotiating skills
• Directs, controls and promotes communication of market information, best practices, trading opportunities, value propositions and other relevant information
• Actively resolves NC's, and large BU NC's and support other traders resolving theirs
• Validates accurate entry, proper follow up of contracts and assures an efficient contract flow

Education & working experience

• Academic/bachelor background in a related field (e.g. financial or commercial economics)
• At least 5 years of experience in trading commodity markets
• Proven track record in building and managing a team of professionals
• English + preferably one other language, both oral and written
