RESPONSIBILITIES

This role reports to Director, SCE and will be responsible for achieving the organisation's fundraising and donation targets, specifically for Corporates (with Foundations), Private Foundations, Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals , to deliver the organization's strategies and Mission to realise its espoused Vision.

The SM, Partnerships (Others) Development plays a critical role in enhancing MINDS' engagement and fundraising capability. Focusing on Corporates (with Foundations), Private Foundations, Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals, this candidate will support their volunteering and donation/fundraising activities to help them achieve their CSR/ESG goals.

The SM, Partnerships (Others) Development will also be responsible for the application of relevant grants in support of MINDS' programmes and services as well as the submission of impact reports to update funders of the outcomes of their donations. As a key member of SCE, he/she will also support the department's events and activities.

Donor Engagement & Development:

• Strategise, lead, build pipelines and drive engagements with identified stakeholders across the following key segments - corporate donors (with Foundations), Foundations, Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals.

• Strategise, lead and drive 2 fundraising campaigns to establish a sustainable income source for MINDS Colours of Inclusivity and Colour My World.

Grant Applications:

• To be conversant with funding support available and identify appropriate grants that MINDS could apply for in support of their programmes/services.
• Work with entities and prepare grant applications to various funding bodies.
• Prepare impact report to funding bodies to update on outcomes of programmes/services.

Marketing Communications:

• Develop the necessary collaterals to engage the target donors groups and publicise fundraising campaigns, including but not limited to eDMs, microsites and social media posts.

Volunteer Management:

• Engage and expand network of volunteers from corporate donors (with Foundations), Foundations, Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals.to support for MINDS' events and activities.

Dept Support and Team Management:

Job Brief:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Executive / Senior Project Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team, which specializes in corporate training, business advisory, internationalization strategy, and related services. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to manage administrative tasks, project management, and business development with minimal supervision. We offer on-the-job and specialized training, along with opportunities for career progression. The role may require occasional travel for short-term assignments, and candidates with significant experience may be considered for senior positions.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients’ programme OIC, government officials, visiting organisations, and other stakeholders pertaining to administrative arrangements
• Search, connect and liaise with potential organisations to explore corporate visits and other collaborations
• Handle all administrative and operational matters pertaining to clients’ programme needs
• Conduct market research and analyze industry background information to support clients’ internationalization needs
• Engage in basic market development activities, such as sending promotional emails or making outreach calls to chambers of commerce and related organizations, both locally and overseas
• Create content and simple graphics for social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Facebook)
• Capture and edit short video clips for marketing purposes (an added advantage)
• Potentially travel for business assignments as required

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply for the entry level position
• Preferably 2-4 years of working experience in professional advisory, corporate training, conference, trade exhibition, project management, or related sectors.
• Minimum qualification of Polytechnic diploma or equivalent
• Experience in working with corporate organizations and government entities, both local and international, is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to manage projects and programs independently and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Capable of multitasking and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong team player with the initiative to complete assigned tasks proactively.
• Adaptable to diverse, cross-cultural work settings.
