Responsibilities

Quality Management System:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Oversee the documentation and control of quality records, procedures, and work2020 instructions.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance

• Lead inspections, tests, and verifications of products and processes.
• Collaborate to ensure product designs and manufacturing processes meet quality standards.

• Implement 5S for continuous improvement of work quality across production and quality management

Supplier Quality:

• Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality performance and delivery capabilities.
• Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure consistent quality.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed of relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, CE marking, FDA).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain necessary documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Lead or participate in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
