Job Requirements:

• Min 5 years of professional experience in the insurance/reinsurance sector, or in the consulting, investment, or banking sector with knowledge of the insurance sector, preferably with at least 3 years in actuarial, data analytics, accounting, and reporting matters.

Planning & Controlling

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.
• Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.
• Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
• Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary, premium paid, beneficiary information.
• Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements.
• Deliver service requests within stipulated service standards.

Requirements

• Possess 1 - 2 years in a call centre environment, preferably in the financial industry

Job Description:

About the role

You will be working in one of the trendiness café with modern decorations and professional environment. As a Tearista/Counter Crew, your key role is to take orders, prepare and serve up delicious drinks and/or food to our customers.
