1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

The Team - Outsourced Service Provider (OSP)
The Outsourced Service Provider (OSP) Program is a pivotal initiative aimed at leveraging the Salesforce platform to empower OSP Customers in delivering outsourced services at scale. This program's success hinges on strong relationships, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate the transformative potential of Salesforce's platform in an outsourced services model.

The OSP Program will extend Salesforce's ecosystem by enabling OSP Customers to build, deploy, and manage business processes or operational capabilities as a service on the Salesforce platform. These OSP Customers use Salesforce to offer scalable, technology-driven solutions, effectively becoming extensions of their clients' teams.

The Role
The Account Executive - OSP is responsible for a defined territory comprised of current OSP customers, prospective OSP targets, within a focused Industry/Sector, and have responsibility for our ASEAN market. This is a quota-carrying role accountable for consistently achieving year-on-year growth targets through the closure of net-new, incremental growth revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strategic commercial & enterprise sales experience and revenue achievement selling multiple enterprise software offerings, while building satisfied & loyal customers

Manage technical surveyors, coordinate and arrange surveys and audits

Manage and supervise the responsibility for survey and audit activities of vessels and equipment within the office's jurisdiction

Coordinate with governments, including the Japanese government, regarding certification services

Training and performance evaluation of technical surveyors

Responding to technical inquiries and providing technical advice from clients, including shipowners and ship management companies

Liaison with Head Office in Japan

AML Compliance Function

· Primary responsibility of the AML related frameworks of the Branch

· Authorisation to accord requisite and relevant approvals for customer on-boarding, ongoing due diligence and transaction level approvals as material risk personnel (MRP) by delegation

· Performance of Compliance reviews and testing on various AML/CFT activities

· Reviewing of Policy, Manual, Product And Process notes relevant to AML/CFT

· Review of credit proposals from compliance perspective for all new and existing credit relationship of corporate banking Group

· Pre-trade clearance and submission of statement under the Personal Account Dealing framework of the Bank and carrying out periodic compliance review and testing. Review of Personal Account Dealing framework from time to time.

· Performance of compliance reviews and testing on various activities as per approved testing plan in BA, SFA and FAA

· Performance branch wise Compliance risk assessment

· Reviewing of Policy, Manual, Product and Process notes from regulatory compliance respective.

· Communication with the regulator under the delegation as MRP

· To undertake projects and assignments from time to time as directed by the HOD (e.g. CRAFT yearly audit, Independent audit, external audit, supervisory visits.)

Reporting

Back-up Role-Bank’s Data Protection Officer

· Contribution to the development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations to keep them updated.

· To advise business groups and other support/control groups for compliance of the data protection policy and conduct required trainings

· Identification and mitigation of data protection risks in relation to technology, outsourcing, marketing programmes.

· Be the nominated data protection officer of the Bank, coordination with the governmental and regulatory authorities in relation to the activities under the data protection laws and regulations as well as handling and leading on the resolution of complaints from the public and staff in relation to the data protection.

· Provide the data protection trainings within branch

Manager, Investment will have the opportunity to work directly with directors and senior management acquiring hands-on experience across the value creation process. They will be involved in the full cycle of investment and asset management including site acquisition, underwriting and due diligence, asset management and divestment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Deal Origination

• Sourcing and evaluating of new business cases which includes but not limited to Green/brown field acquisition or development, Divestment, Asset Enhancement, Joint Venture opportunities.

Business Case Proposal
