Key Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager during the kick-off meeting to thoroughly understand the client’s objectives, goals, and expectations.
• Once the client’s needs are fully understood, assume direct responsibility for managing and nurturing client relationships.
• Review and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment with the client’s requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including performance marketers, graphic designers, website developers, and more.
• Manage a team of Project Managers and Social Media Managers

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Office Administration:

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and office administration.
  • Exposure to HR practices in Singapore is essential; experience with Malaysia or Hong Kong is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
