Job Description

• Build and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients, understanding their financing needs and business objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for SME clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and market dynamics to provide tailored financial solutions.
• Source and identify new lending opportunities within the SME segment, including prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analyses for loan applicants, evaluating their creditworthiness, financial stability, and repayment capacity.
• Structure and negotiate loan terms and conditions in accordance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
• Manage a portfolio of SME loan accounts, monitoring loan performance, repayment behaviour, and compliance with loan agreements.
• Proactively identify and address potential credit risks or delinquencies, implementing appropriate remedial actions as necessary.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as credit analysts and legal teams, to ensure timely and accurate loan documentation and processing.
• Provide financial advisory services to SME clients, offering insights and recommendations on business growth strategies, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
• Assist clients in preparing loan applications and supporting documentation, guiding them through the loan approval and disbursement process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in commercial banking, SME lending, or relationship management, with a focus on business development and credit analysis.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully originating and managing SME loan portfolios, achieving lending targets, and mitigating credit risks.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to evaluate business financial statements, assess credit risk factors, and perform cash flow modelling.
• Familiarity with credit underwriting standards, loan structuring techniques, and risk mitigation strategies in the SME lending context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the SME community, including business owners, industry associations, and referral partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Brand Manager who has a keen passion for Asian beauty products to lead the team making impact in the industry and achieve sales and growth target.

The role requires you to work closely with internal team, collaborating with brand partners, offline sales channel, online platform to drive brand visibility and sales revenue for both existing and new brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee offline and E-com team to manage business, sales promotions, ensuring optimization of products positioning and presentation.
• Develop and support annual marketing calendar, plans and implement marketing program and campaign.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to support the corporate communications functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination of various activities.
• The role will encompass procurement, contract variations, ticket distribution, event catering, multimedia content management, IT support and related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communications Coordination Work: Assist to manage email queries from grantees, check logo placement, manage EDM distribution etc.
• Procurement: Facilitate the procurement process for corporate communications needs, including preparation of requirement specifications, liaison with procurement colleagues, submission for approval and overall management of the entire procurement process.
• Contract Variations: Assist in managing contract variations and renewals related to corporate communications services and vendors.
• Payment Processing: Assist in processing and monitoring invoice-related matters between vendors and our finance team
• Ticket Distributions: Coordinate the distribution and coordination of various tickets for corporate events, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate communications or related environment.

The position will be accountable for managing, directing and leading the CEVA Logistics programs for our Top Regional Client partners across the APAC region.

Key Accountabilities

• Identify global business opportunities that add value to our client’s programs whilst generating profitable sales that meet and exceed new business revenue and volume goals.
• Ability to understand unique customer supply chain requirements and drive a particular sector focus.
• Expansion/Growth is mission critical to the role. Senior relationship management and service execution are two key components to insure account expansion/growth is achieved.
• Retention is key to grow portfolio of business across all product/service types within CEVA.
• Drive collaborative efforts between country and product leaders within CEVA to meet the needs of customers.
• Prospecting for all potential opportunities and delivering compelling solutions, value and pricing
• Maintain an Account Plan for the customer that will encompass a strategic roadmap defining multi- year growth, targets by key supply chain
• Execute Account Plans (forecasts, budgets and operating plans).
• Ability to work in a matrix organization along with virtual teams & build strong internal relationships with Sponsor / Global / Regional / Sector team leaders as required for the account.
• Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.
• Conduct regular business review meetings for all customers and drive meeting content to ensure operations, support and execution teams are present to support these reviews.
• Conduct quarterly business review (QBR) meetings including executive sessions for strategic alignment between CEVA and the customer.
• Responsible to communicate all expectations on these review meetings to the operations and support teams for implementation or improvements.
• Develop a deep understanding of business streams of each customer and a detailed Relationship Map for each Account designated using CEVA’s CRM system.
• Leverage on Sectors Focused Solutions to penetrate account growth and development (example: Use of case studies and key SMART solutions within CEVA)
• Work with implementation teams on new projects to ensure customer expectations are communicated.
• Work to define all customer reporting requirements with customer (Country/Regional/Global Levels and all KPI (Service Metrics) with customers to be reviewed in business meetings conducted.
• Lead and work with customer to resolve all contractual and commercial decisions in compliance with CEVA policies and terms.
• Accurate and timely update of all customer engagement activities and business development opportunities within C-View.

Job Requirements

• A good degree majoring in supply chain/logistics/transportation management/sales and marketing/international business
• Minimum 8 years industry experience with at least 3 years account management managerial and/or customer relationship management experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of all air, sea, ground and contract logistics products and services.
• Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills.
• Strong background in sales and marketing and a proven track record in business development and growth.
• Demonstrated success in managing (KPI’s) Key Performance Indicators.
• Demonstrated success in problem solving through use of data and information metrics and improvement to performance process.
• Proficient in project management methodologies with a focus on managing solution driven strategy plans to achieve goals.
• Experienced in financial management (P&L's, Balance Sheets, forecasting and budgets) to effectuate return on investment.
