Customer Engagement and Operational Execution:

• Engage in business development with existing and new customers for marine solutions.
• Regularly liaise with customers for new business inquiries, shipment details, and provide quotations and logistics solutions.
• Obtain customer approval for job and shipment confirmations.
• Execute new shipments in collaboration with network offices, ensuring accurate documentation and manifest generation.
• Contribute to process improvement by registering service failures.
• Oversee the execution of all shipments from initial stages to end delivery or on-board delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas offices for shipment booking, schedules, pre-alerts, tracking, delivery dates, and POD collection.
• Identify and report discrepancies in shipment details.
• Upload accurate PODs in the portal.
• Register jobs in the in-house system with accrued revenue/cost.
• Hand over shipment files to the billing or accounting team for final invoicing and documentation.

Administrative Processes and Customer Care:

• Update additional information in portal comment columns for future reference.
• Inquire with network offices for rates and coordinate various shipment executions.
• Ensure daily operational processes for customer care meet both customer and business needs.
• Maintain timely updates of customer records.
• Resolve issues and complaints from key clients effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

Customer Service Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about:

• Services and completion, assistance for 24/7 service and tools rentals/calibration.
• Taking service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatching the suitable customer service engineer/associate to address site services.
• Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing in service, preparing the pre-invoices upon completions of services based on the quotations and actual time sheets, preparing the shipping documents required for the dispatch of materials to the customer.
• Follow-up complaints concerning services or billing rendered.
• Coordinating customers’ service requirements with other appropriate departments, sub-contractors for the resource management as necessary to ensure effective customer service.
• Follow-up of the invoice’s status with commercial group and with customers.
• Follow-up of the payments schedules to the subcontractors pertaining to the site services and clearing the payment in time.
• · Update the HSSE and OSHA’S requirements and check the risk analysis (RA) records are completed before the start of the site commissioning.
• Record the monthly man hours/OT hours & claims.

Job Requirement

• 2-5 years’ experience in customer service, administration, coordination, planning and scheduling of projects.
• Good with Business Communication Skills (oral and written)
• Possess good Organizing and Scheduling Skills
• Experienced in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal skills
