Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am-5pm

Salary: $2600 - $3000

Job Description

• To attend weekly meeting and presentation

• To write technical report

• To handle specific jigs during service jobs

• Assist senior colleagues to perform higher-level job like robot teaching & sub-units

• To perform 24x7 standby duties based on roster

• To perform ad-hoc shift work when needed when required.

• To perform ad-hoc delivery work

Requirement:

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical /Microelectronics Engineering. Might consider ITE with experience

• Cleanroom working experience preferable but not a must

• Machine setup/installation/modification/servicing/trouble shooting/repair

• Willing to travel occasionally

• Able to work irregular hours when required

• Demonstrate ability to work effectively with team members and customers

• Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills

• Require good communication skills, documentation and customer service skills

• Fresh graduates are welcome

Training Administration

1. Administer online training registrations and issue invoices from the registration portal

2. Ensure all invoices issued are paid on time. Take proactive steps to manage overdue invoices to reduce the aging of accounts receivables

3. Maintain up-to-date trainers' resume, profile, and agreements (agreed fees), as well as claim records for internal control and audit purpose

4. In charge of administrative, logistics and technical support in both in-person training and online training (setting up the room/zoom, room booking, arranging for cleaning, refreshments, equipment, attendance taking)

5. Maintain records of training events in compliance with programmes funding requirements.

6. Manage post-learning activities, including course evaluations and record-keeping

7.To coordinate meeting arrangement and logistics.

8. To assist in Minutes writing

Office Administration

1. Assist in answering enquiries in the training mailbox

2. Acquire office supplies and submit claims

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Personnel Management: Supervise the work performance of household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, etc.
Coordinate the work schedules of staff to ensure orderly household operations.
- Household Operations: Ensure the overall operation of the household meets high standards, including cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.
Ensure the proper functioning of household facilities and equipment.
- Guest Reception: Responsible for welcoming guests and relatives, providing high-quality guest services.
Arrange guest accommodations, provide catering services, and ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Administrative Affairs: Handle administrative tasks for the household, including file management, scheduling, and correspondence.
Assist household members with personal and professional affairs.

1. Budget Management:Manage the household's financial budget, ensuring expenses are within a reasonable range.
   Negotiate and handle financial transactions with household service and supply vendors.
2. Negotiation and Supply Chain Management:Negotiate with household service and supply vendors to secure favorable prices and service terms.
   Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality supply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing the preparation and filing of financial reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This position requires a deep understanding of IFRS and the SEC regulations, and prior experience in report writing. The role focuses on delivering timely and accurate financial reports to maintain the company's listing on US stock exchanges while fostering transparency and accountability.

• Manage the timely preparation and filing of quarterly and annual reports with the SEC
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and SEC regulations
• Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and SEC regulations that may impact financial reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal and external auditors to gather financial data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes
• Act as a primary point of contact for SEC reporting and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors, legal counsel, and regulatory agencies
• Review financial disclosures to ensure compliance with SEC guidelines and regulations
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, impairment assessments, and financial instrument valuations
• Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A (Management's Discussion and Analysis) for quarterly and annual reporting
• Ensure that financial statements are clear, accurate, and compliant with all applicable regulations
• Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process to ensure a smooth and efficient audit, addressing any audit findings and recommendations
• Assist in the preparation of financial information and support investor relations efforts, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and responding to analyst inquiries
• Ensure adequate controls and safeguards are in place to safeguard the integrity of financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements as they pertain to financial reporting

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or relevant professional certification is highly desirable
• Extensive experience in financial reporting, ideally in a US-listed company
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations, IFRS, and stock exchange reporting requirements
• In-depth understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial reporting issues
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance
