The Specialist, Community Activation , will play a key role in designing and executing placemaking initiatives that promote social interaction, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging within the community. Critical Work Functions

User Design and Data Analytics

• Conduct social research to understand needs, preferences, gaps of various target audiences (such as adults with disabilities, caregivers, community members, and enterprise partners), including understanding their demographics and psychographics
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of placemaking initiatives in promoting community engagement and inclusivity

Partnerships and Engagement

Project Management

The incumbent leads Factory’s Engineering Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role reports to Director, SCE and will be responsible for achieving the organisation's fundraising and donation targets, specifically for Corporates (with Foundations), Private Foundations, Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals , to deliver the organization's strategies and Mission to realise its espoused Vision.

The SM, Partnerships (Others) Development plays a critical role in enhancing MINDS' engagement and fundraising capability. Focusing on Corporates (with Foundations), Private Foundations, Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals, this candidate will support their volunteering and donation/fundraising activities to help them achieve their CSR/ESG goals.

The SM, Partnerships (Others) Development will also be responsible for the application of relevant grants in support of MINDS' programmes and services as well as the submission of impact reports to update funders of the outcomes of their donations. Donor Engagement & Development:
