Primary Relationships

The position reports to the Assistant Marketing Director. The Chief Commercial Officer of V3 Gourmet is also involved in decision making when it comes to global investments with high importance.

Within the organisation, this position will conceive strategies to be implemented by the digital sales, marketing and social media teams and has primary working relationships with the PR, Marketing, Social Media, Operations, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar positions within partner and franchise organisations.

eCommerce Strategy and Operations

• Lead the Bacha Coffee HQ digital team and advise teams within franchises and subsidiaries.
• Create an annual digital marketing calendar in conjunction with the Bacha Coffee global marketing & communications team and oversee the translation of this vision into a coherent digital strategy across all Bacha Coffee digital platforms.

The School Administration Office ensures that the campus runs smoothly and that the campus environment is safe and inspiring for students, staff and visitors.

The Admin Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the campus and will assist the campus leaders in general administration of the school. Senior Manager

Manager

Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you are working & delivering autonomously, coaching colleagues while working on customer and internal engagements.

Your Responsibilities

• Involves in engagements with a variety of customers and industries for SAP implementations.
• Involves in delivering projects, meeting both internal financial and operational targets as well as contractual requirements.
• Delivers projects on time, with quality and within budget – actively managing scope and requirements.
• Conducts cost-benefit analysis and develop a business plan.
• Evaluates and address external and internal business environment changes for impact on project scope.
• Assess consolidated project plans for dependencies, gaps and continued business value.
• Estimates budgetary needs based on project scope and anticipates future budget challenges.
• Plans and manages project compliance requirements, changes, issues and risks, closures and backlog.
• Conducts project reviews to recommend changes to project schedules, cost or resource requirements.

About you

Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualification

• Preferably a tertiary qualification in any discipline. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Accountancy, Business admin will be advantageous.
• Ideally, you possess complementary technical knowledge and/or are familiar with SAP and other IT technologies such as: web services and web frontends (JavaScript,.Net), interfaces and integrations, and database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL). Additional infrastructure experience (OS, virtualization and load balancing) is a further advantage.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills.
• Project management skills

Your Experience

• Experience in government projects is highly advantageous.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA is highly advantageous.
• Past experience in all facets of project management activities such as scope management (incl. change requests), risk management, stakeholder management, project communications, etc.
• Strong integration working experience with other SAP modules.
• Experience in different industries in Singapore.
• Experience in at least 2 Cycles of end-to-end implementations.
• Strong Business knowledge and ability to interact with business users.
• Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Related professional/technical qualifications will be a plus although not mandatory.

Retail Manager

Reporting to the Management, your responsibilities include:

• Manage and oversee daily store operations and administrations
• Develop Long term action plans to exceed boutique sale targets
• Develop business strategies to raise our brand awareness and optimize profitability
• Drive the sales team to achieve company objectives by promoting optimal staff performance
• Working alongside with marketing team to achieve store results
• Promote and leverage the CRM system to enrich client database
• Offering a personal shopping and styling experience to our clients
• Maximising profitability and delivering the monthly and seasonal sales targets and working closely with the team to do so
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
• Preparing and controlling store’s budget to aim for minimum expenditure and maximum efficiency
• Ensuring that customers maintenance and management are done regularly to the company Database
• Partner with corporate office and the marketing team to curate exceptional experiences to connect and engage with clients
• Maintaining a customer book of key customers and VIPs
