Job Description

Operational support of ongoing services:

• Co-ordinate collaborative processes with internal partners, particularly within the SAMH and SACS service units to ensure smooth and effective service integration to kick start new services and projects.

• Responsible for assuring that all manufactured products from new / on-going projects under his / her care are made in accordance with prescribed Process Descriptions and in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure for new / on-going projects under his / her care that the facility / machinery are in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Drive adherence to safety policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Streamlining production processes and cost optimization by reducing complexities, optimizing resources and improving efficiency during project execution.
• Closely monitor progress of Capex projects in the factory and provide support if needed to ensure projects are implemented according to the plan timelines.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to factory team for them to achieve key business objectives involving quality, productivity, order fulfillment etc.
• Accountable for manufacturing KPI performance and product cost performance on the projects under his/her care.
• Ensure that, as the company grows, manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements in terms of cost, quality, and responsiveness.
• Capable of driving change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results.
• Evaluate the assignment of resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Keep abreast of industry technical changes and make recommendations for training of supervisor personnel.
• Provide leadership to the factory teams; ensure right level of expertise and proper succession planning process aimed at smooth delivery of all department deliverance including managing and reporting of revenue and manufacturing budget besides design and management of all agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Supply network, Planning, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in the tobacco industry, background in process/manufacturing engineering or product/process development/Projects Management etc.
• Demonstrates proven track record of Manufacture management, Technical, Product and Process Expertise, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Certified/Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma Tools and Principles
• Organized and demonstrates good Leadership Management Skills
• Proven Management with similar managerial trade production experience in Multiple Project Management with strong planning, organization, and communication skills.

Purpose of Job

The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic financial operations of the company. The role involves leading the finance team in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and audit and tax compliance. This position will also be involved in business planning, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and internal controls. The Senior Finance Manager will provide key insights to senior management and contribute to the organization’s strategic goals and decision-making process.

Job Duties

· Reporting & Management: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and group consolidations. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (IFRS, Singapore FRS) and statutory reporting requirements.

· Cash Flow & Budgeting: Lead cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting processes to ensure financial resources are utilized effectively. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Strategic Business Planning & Analysis:Partner with senior leadership to drive business planning and decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis and recommendations.

· Corporate Finance & Treasury: Lead the treasury function, manage working capital, and optimize cash flow strategies. Oversee financial risks and ensure sound corporate finance strategies.

· Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Conduct due diligence and financial evaluations for potential mergers, acquisitions, and business expansions.

· Internal Controls & Compliance:Implement and monitor robust internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. Ensure accurate financial reporting and transparency.

· Team Leadership & Development:Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering collaboration, skill development, and high-performance culture. Ensure effective communication and alignment within the department.

· Ad-Hoc Duties: Take on additional duties as assigned by senior management, contributing to broader business strategies and goals.

Experience:

· Minimum of 8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance or leadership role.

· Extensive experience in Group Consolidation and overseeing financial reporting for regional or international subsidiaries.

· Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic financial analysis to support business decisions.

· Hands-on experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and cash flow optimization.

· Strong background in conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

· Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee the financial operations of local and international subsidiaries.

· Strong experience in implementing internal controls and ensuring compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.

· Experience in coordinating audits and working closely with external auditors and tax advisors.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

· Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA (Chartered Accountant), and/or CPA is essential.

· Additional certifications such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) will be an advantage.

Other Requirements:

· Proficient in ERP systemssuch as SAP, Oracle, or Business Central (BC).

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).

· In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Singapore FRS for financial reporting.

The Senior Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and compliance of franchise locations within Bacha Coffee outlets. This individual will work closely with franchisees and overseas partners to ensure that brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations are met or exceeded. This individual will be reporting to Head of Franchise Team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits and audits to franchise locations to assess operational performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, serving as the main point of contact for operational support and guidance.
• Implement training programs and initiatives to ensure that franchise employees are properly trained on operational procedures, food safety standards, and customer service protocols.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, outlet compliance and customer satisfaction metrics for each franchise location.
• Implement the franchise operating manual and update wherever required and provides guidance in all operational and training areas.
• Lead preparation and host Franchise functional meetings.
• Collaborate with franchisees to develop action plans to address any operational challenges or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive growth and implement action plans.
• Prepare reporting on outlet audits and market opportunity.
• To be trained and stationed across various departments for training including Operations, Training and Franchise Department.

Requirements
