The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities in SingHealth. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.

You will support the work of the Population-based, Unified, Learning System for Enhanced and Sustainable Health (PULSES) Centre Grant as well as other signature research programmes in the centre. You will assist the Principal Investigators in developing grant proposals and study plans. You will conduct literature reviews and systematic reviews as well as assist with study design and planning. You are required to perform data analysis and ensure the accuracy in the data interpreted.

You will be involved in the preparation of abstracts/posters/manuscripts/reports. You will oversee the process and quality of the study execution and keep track of timelines and budget. You will also lead a team of junior research staff and provide technical supervision.

Requirements

• PhD degree in Social Science, Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics or related academic area with at least 3 years’ experience in population health research
• Experience in health economics or implementation science will be an advantage
• Track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Strong quantitative or qualitative research skills
• Proficient with advanced data analytics software (eg. SPSS, STATA, SAS) or qualitative analysis software (eg. Nvivo)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, independent and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Scope

• Review student’s curriculum and syllabus and answer their doubts regarding those topics.
• Assist the students in the understanding of key concepts being taught in school.
• Guide them in tests and exams preparations.
• Provide students with corrective feedbacks.
• Develop new learning materials for the centre’s distribution to our students.
• Assist in the centre's operations in other matters.
• Contribute to the learning programmes offered by the centre.

You will register patients, schedule appointments for consultation sessions, complete billing transactions and attend to patients’ enquiries. You will also be required to assist doctors in the consultation rooms.

Requirements:

• At least GCE ‘N’ Level qualifications
• Applicants with work experience in the customer service/healthcare industry will have an advantage
• Work alternate Saturday

Reporting to the VP (Sales), your responsibilities include:

• Manage the routine daily e-commerce operations such as provide proactive customer service, order processing, monitor stock status and returns, stock replenishments, analytical supports i.e. report design and maintenance and month-end closing
• Manage and maintain the e-commerce platforms with internal and external teams to ensure that products, promotions, prices and content on the e-commerce platform are up-to-date and accurate at all times
• Coordination, execution and planning support for e-commerce projects, e-marketing campaigns, and integrated brand plans.
• Keep up-to-date with market development and monitor competitor activities.
• Support sales administration activities for sales team when in need and assigned.
• Perform customer service duties (email enquires, service recovery and logistic arrangements).
• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in business/sales related
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales & customer service
• A hands-on, resourceful, result-oriented and analytical thinker
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
