Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance for DRUPS (Dynamic Rotating UPS) at customers sites.
• Perform schedule preventive maintenance program at various customers’ sites.
• Attend trouble shooting and corrective repair on site
• Identify issues and potential issues from PM activities, provide feedback and possible solution to back office for issue resolution discussion with customers.
• Generate and maintain lean and clear documentation like service report from every service activity.
• Others maybe be needed for customer services.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree and above with M&E Engineering background.
• 2-3 years Relevant M&E engineering service or project management experience.
• Good knowledge on electrical system, mechanical, electrical rotating machine functionality, and service methodologies.
• Ability to handle high reliability service demand with technical solution.

Key Accountabilities:

• Undertake the assignments on one's own such as commissioning, installation, maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair/overhaul for MTU engines and associated product
• Capable of resolving technical matters and completing services according to the works order for acceptance by the customers.
• Conduct acceptance test of equipment and systems with customers or customer representatives.
• Carry out repair/adjustment if required.
• Provide service/investigation reports where applicable.
• Prepare and submit travel report on work progress as well as completion of project.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in the diesel engine/generator industry.
• Experience in troubleshooting, project handling/execution, servicing and commissioning.
• Communicates effectively, has a strong initiative and ability to work under pressure.
• Possess logical and analytical skills
• Highly independent, and an excellent team player.
