Job Descriptions:

• Oversee, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Group’s product line in the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with respective Business Units to align marketing initiatives and sales goals, ensuring support for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
• Develop, review and update promotional materials such as brochures, product images, and other materials as needed to increate product visibility and generate leads.
• Maintain social medial platforms, websites, and digital channels, ensuring the content is up to date, engaging, and targeted to the right audience.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitor strategies.
• Manage social medial platforms, websites, and digital channels, ensuring the content is up to date, engaging, and targeted to the right audience. Oversee the creation of videos, and other content to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and a strong return on investment for campaigns and promotions.
• Preparate regular reports for senior management on the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommendations for improvements.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong conceptualisation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and experience in managing stakeholder relationship.

We are currently hiring a Venture Manager/Lead to anchor our Innovation (Venture Development) pillar.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute venture programmes that will help to nurture and grow cybersecurity companies in Singapore.
• Source and build pipeline of potential cybersecurity companies for the programme
• Serve as a mentor, co-builder and evangelist in journeying with selected companies in achieving their milestones thoughout the programme
• Cultivate relationships with mentors, industry experts, investors and partners to create a supportive network for the companies. Leverage on these connections to provide the companies with access to relevant expertise and resources, support them in fund raising and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure smooth execution of programme activities and manage related stakeholders and resources, both internal and external.
• Collaborate with local and global partners to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Provide programmes needs analysis, proactively tracking programme progress and outcomes and iterate on programme design as necessary using a data driven approach.
• Serve as an active ambassador for our programmes and see to the marketing of our programmes to relevant audience.

Qualifications

• No less than 10 years of working experience in roles related to technology commercialisation, of which with no less than 5 years of experience in a business leadership role.
• Strong track record in developing and scaling up new ventures
• Strong network with innovation communities locally or overseas will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill.
• Possess strong leadership and people skills. Is driven, flexible, entrepreneurial and resourceful.
• Good project management skills and readily embrace a data driven approach in providing operations and reporting.
