JOB DESCRIPTION

Activations - 20%

• To organise 1 to 2 small scale events (workshops/masterclasses/etc) per month

• To execute these events independently with attention to details.

• To actively look out for and search for partners to collaborate with.

E-commerce – 40%

• To oversee the in-house website operations independently and other e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

• To execute E-commerce monthly promotion calendar

• To oversee all aspects of E-commerce, including but not limited to marketing plans, product management, stock management, onboarding of new products, promotions, platform campaigns, sales, deliveries, after-sales service, and other operations.

• To activate and execute all planned promotional activities in a timely manner.

• To grow E-commerce orders monthly across platforms.

• To submit a monthly sales report, tracking analytics, sales, followers on platforms, reviews, feedbacks, cost of operations & recommendations to improve sales.

• To manage all customer orders across platforms within the stipulated timelines and show excellent customer service.

Artworks & Collaterals - 20%

To produce collateral designs for E-commerce platforms, events, activations, and outlets while maintaining brand identity

Social Media Management -20%

To submit a social media calendar plan monthly.

• To do a minimum of three posts a week across all social media platforms, and able to write attractive description and to include related hashtag

• To plan, execute and manage social media campaigns for company, represented brands and principal partners.

• To plan, execute and manage boosting of monthly promotions, activations, and events.

• To plan, execute and manage the growth of company online presence and drive traffic to all social media platforms.

• To increase conversion rate and create engagement with followers, and to increase follower count.

• To submit a monthly social media report, tracking analytics, follower count, engagement, data & recommendations to improve the social media pages.

Requirement

• Proficient in utilizing Canva or photoshop

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Sense of aesthetics, copy writing and creative eye

• Photography and basic photo editing skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for full spectrum of HR including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, organisation development and other employee related matters.

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

Job Description:

• Review and ensure all subsidiary companies within the Group accounts are closed timely for monthly closing and reporting.

• Prepare/review Group consolidated financial reports by performing consolidation entries, eliminations, and adjustments with timely and accuracy in accordance with IFRS/Singapore FRS as well as statutory guidelines.

• Perform financial planning and analytical review ("FP&A") on consolidated statements.
• Prepare and coordinate for group budget and rolling forecast.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ or another professional qualification equivalent.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Implement the Customer Support Policy for the OEM End User. Supervise, maintain and support company systems in the field.

2. Support OEM partners, and End Users internal service as defined under warranty and service support agreements.

Duties

• Handle a portfolio of corporate secretariat matters for both Singapore and Overseas companies including preparation of Directors’ Resolutions, AGM & EGM documents and preparation of materials for meetings
