Job Title: Centre Supervisor
As a Centre Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in managing the daily operations of our special needs education centre. You’ll be responsible for overseeing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring that the centre runs smoothly. You will ensure that policies, procedures, and programs are effectively implemented and that every child receives the care and education they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten.
A Polytechnic Diploma or higher in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team of educators.
Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with parents, staff, and external partners.
Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage daily operations, event planning, and staff coordination effectively.
