We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Manager for our client in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of contract negotiation, execution, and compliance for logistics-related agreements, ensuring that both legal and business requirements are met. The Contract Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, operations, and finance teams, as well as external clients and service providers. Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sector (background in procurement would be strongly preferred)
• Experience negotiating, drafting, and managing logistics-related contracts (e.g., transportation agreements, warehousing contracts, 3PL agreements).
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, terminology, and industry regulations (e.g., Incoterms, freight agreements).

Purpose and Scope

• Conduct monthly credit meeting with relevant IHG team highlighting monthly performance, bad debts, staff accounts outstanding and discuss any accounts causing concern and follow up
