Job Purpose

The position is to maintain safety, operational and service standards as set out by Luxaviation Flight Operations policies and procedures, delivering a 5-star service to the principle and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists the pilots in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight.
• Ensures safety standards are maintained in the passenger cabin, galley and all other relevant areas on-board of the aircraft at all times.
• Brief passengers on the use of safety equipment and cabin procedures.
• Ensures the safety and comfort of the passengers in accordance with Luxaviation policies and procedures
• Executes and coordinate all cabin safety and emergency procedures specified in the operations manual and keeping the flight deck crew informed of all irregularities and malfunctions.

• Work alongside the DCBM Manager to commercially manage all projects in the region
• Management of cost insights and cost analytics for lease fit-out projects in the region, including cost KPI's and development of Power BI dashboards
• Provide commercial management to the projects to ensure that the company is financially and contractually protected
• Commercial management of the lease provider (LP) from liaison with procurement office on the RFP documents through to the final payments and agreement of the final accounts and paperwork. This will also include:

- Detailed estimation of the project basedon local design documents

• Site selection support: Work with our site selection team in the region to provide constructability reports and site-specific comparative estimates on candidate sites. Also provide all funding and PO support necessary for this team to perform in the region
• Commercial Process control: Review the current commercial processes in the region and develop these into a commercial playbook. On agreement of this playbook the candidate shall be responsible for the consistent implementation of same
