Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) Management

1.Vendor management

• Assist Application Support Manager in all aspect of AMS.

Job responsibilities:

● Ensures the curriculum up to date and the objectives and requirements of the programs

● Ensures the students are learning and like being at the School

● Develops, monitors and reviews quality standards of every course offered by the School

● Selects and approves teachers for deployment to teach each course consistent with the appropriate regulations

● Approves major examinations or assessment papers to assure quality standards

● Develop procedures to ensure the integrity of examination processes, including the security of examination and answer scripts, conduct of examinations

● Handles ERF & Edutrust audits

● Reviews and vets the marking and moderation of marks

● Handles appeals from students with regards to examination or assessment matters

● Handles student conduct

● Any other duties assigned by the management

Minimum qualifications:

● At least Master’s degree and above

● 5 years of working experience in Education management

● At least 1-3 years of Edutrust relevant experience
