JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the assigned kitchens, have extensive experience in food production, particularly in the catering sector, and a proven track record of successfully leading production teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
