After Sales Service Engineer (Perm)

Experience: 3-5 years in HVAC or chiller

Salary Budget: $3500 to $4500 (Basic)

Work location: Gateway West, Site, can WFH on certain days too, depending on work schedule.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions.

Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their chiller systems.

The title holder will lead a team at a worksite to maintain the ACMV equipment and system at the design efficiency and functionality.
