Job Responsibilities
· Setting up of tables with special attention to hygiene and order.
· Attend to customers, take and serve food and beverages.
· Present restaurant menus and assist customers in the selection of food and beverages.
· Maintain an updated knowledge of the menu, including seasonal items and specials.
· Provide and maintain an impeccable level of customer service, addressing guest concerns professionally.
· Make recommendations for popular dishes, beverages, etc and respond to queries.
· Food preparation.
· Cooperate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to provide pleasant dining experience.
· Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
· Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
· Issue bills and accept payments.
· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining area.
· Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
· Any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
