• Regular communication with customers, the service team, and subcontractors is encouraged to foster positive relationships and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Timely responses to system breakdown and the execution of scheduled preventive maintenance are crucial responsibilities.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress with customers and relevant stakeholders to facilitate prompt installations, as well as supervising subcontractors' activities on-site.
• Ensure that all installations adhere to project specifications is critical. This role entails managing system applications, drafting, database generation, and the commissioning of the systems for which one is responsible.
• Available for 24/7 standby duty is expected to adequately address any complaints or breakdowns.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a proven capability to work collaboratively with both internal and external partners.

• Ensure the BWTS & SCRUBBER systems’ certificates and documents are

systematically updated and stored.

• Ability to supervise the installation of ballast water treatment system & Scrubber system.

• Effective implementation of the Company’s planned maintenance system.

• Prepare, arrange, and manage class, statutory, and other vessel surveys.

• Prepare, manage, and monitor dry-dockings and other required repairs and maintenance

jobs.

• Review and train vessels’ crew performance.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange sub-contracted services and equipment when required, including rentals.
• Execute goods receiving for purchase requests.
• Assign service requests (SR) and work packages (WP) to field operatives.
• Schedule and dispatch field operatives.
• Maintain, update and manage all open jobs and their scheduling daily.
• Review completed job costs including manhours, expenses and materials before sending to invoice daily.
• Respond and cater for any customer needs and requests and escalate/delegate them as needed.
• Responsible for miscellaneous activities, equipment/building maintenance and answering phones.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
