Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in electrical site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and construction safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project coordination and site management is preferred.

Working Hours: 7am to 4.30pm

• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, washrooms, office and general areas
• Clears rubbish from classroom/office
• Assist with meals preparation and cleaning of cutlery / utensils / kitchen
• Prepare simple meals in the absence of the cook

Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead

Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of supports from OMNI Channels

Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.

Follow Standard operating procedures closely.

Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met

Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent

Minimum C5 for English O level

Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry

Special Knowledge or Skills:

Pleasant disposition with good communication skills

Fluency in a second language

Computer literate and good typing skills
