Responsibilities:
· Plan and maintain a calendar of events for Service Operations to promote engagement and recognition initiatives.
· Develop and maintain key messaging, ensuring alignment with senior management priorities and the consistent production of service-related collateral across departments.
· Oversee internal communication channels, including intranet, internet, digital displays, and other communication platforms to ensure effective message delivery.
· Ensure consistency in the corporate identity of Service Operations, upholding high standards in visual and written content.
· Responsible for creating and updating service-related content for intranet and internet pages, ensuring relevance and engagement.
· Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving service delivery, including wayfinding projects and other operational improvements.
· Identify, craft, and promote success service stories on internal channels. Submit for internal and external service-related awards to foster a sense of pride and belonging.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven ability to lead employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a deep understanding of healthcare communication nuances.
· Strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare excellence and fostering employee engagement.
· Strong collaborator with the ability to build effective relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
