The Role
As a Centre Manager, you are the heart of our learning center, responsible for creating a positive and enriching environment for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Success:
Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and achievement.
Monitor student progress and provide personalised guidance and support.
Conduct parent-teacher consultations to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Center Operations:
Manage daily center operations, including scheduling, enrollment, and financial transactions.
Oversee the work of instructors and center assistants, ensuring high-quality instruction and a positive team environment.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming learning environment.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase center enrollment.
Build strong relationships with parents and the local community.
Curriculum & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to the Eye Level curriculum and teaching philosophy.
Stay updated on the latest educational trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Education or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to commit to weekends.
