• Manage a versatile team of SW Engineers in the design and development of real-time software and automation control systems for the Company’s full range of semiconductor equipment.
• Develop and implement software methodology, documentation/library system and tools to support software sustaining and new development projects
• Define software architecture and procedures as standard best practices for all design, coding, testing and deployment activities
• Spearhead the research, development and deployment of new-generation software engineering technologies
• Extend technical support to various engineering functional groups in debugging and problem solving critical field issues

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Studies or its equivalent
• More than 5 years in a managerial capacity overseeing software development and automation control in a related industry
• Experienced in programming on Windows (XP and above) environment.
• Highly versatile in VC++, MFC, SQL and OOP.
• Good knowledge in developing multi-threaded control software, SEMI SECS/ GEM equipment connectivity standard and Software Development Life Cycle.
• Hardware experience in using Servo, Stepper Motion Controller, Analog Device and High Speed I/O.
• Knowledge in PLC will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team player.

Responsibilities :

• Contact customers to coordinate delivery, installation schedules, and on-site product installation of ionizers.
• Prepare accurate delivery orders, service quotations, and follow up with customers regarding quotes and inquiries.
• Utilize technical equipment to conduct laboratory tests on ionizers, meticulously documenting results and preparing comprehensive reports for customers, sales, and/or marketing.
• Perform ionizer installations at customer locations, ensuring proper setup, and conduct wipe testing services as part of routine maintenance.
• Maintain an organized inventory of ionizers in the warehouse, distinguishing between new, on-hold, and disposal-bound ionizers, while also inspecting incoming products and preparing ionizers for disposal.
• Collaborate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery for both outbound and inbound ionizers, obtaining competitive quotations for deliveries.

Requirements :

• Possess at least 1 year of field service technician experience
• Familiar with MS Office software
• Able to climb ladders (up to 2 feet high) and carry heavy loads during installations
