The Role

The Job

• Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.

• Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.

• Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.

• Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary, premium paid, beneficiary information.

• Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements.

• Deliver service requests within stipulated service standards.

• Undertake projects or other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Job Duties

• Responsible for delivering BIM implementation to the BIM Execution plan, implementing and enforcing BIM execution

Job Requirements

Job Descriptions (OnSite)

• Ensure all plant & equipment on site are well maintained as per the individual maintenance schedules
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate mechanical work activities to ensure smooth execution. Manage and lead a team of mechanical fitters, technicians, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.Attend to repairs or breakdowns promptly and resolve in a safe manner to ensure downtime and delays to the project are minimized
• Oversee the installation, alignment, and maintenance of mechanical equipment, including pumps, valves, compressors, and piping systems.
• Review and verify technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy during execution.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, manpower records, and inspection checklists.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Liaise with the electricians to resolve issues jointly

Skills:

Your Responsibilities: -

• Manage a 24-hour call center with the support of call center executives and remain accessible for urgent situations.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the call center team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, productivity, and performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews for staff, taking disciplinary action when necessary.
• Handle escalated customer complaints, technical inquiries, and complex issues that team members cannot resolve.
• Develop, update, and implement procedures for addressing various customer inquiries, including emergencies, service requests, and product-related questions.
• Create and execute action plans to enhance performance based on data analysis, customer feedback, and team reviews.
• Collaborate with technical support and service teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
