Requirements:

• Minimum a degree in any field.
• At least 8 – 10 years of experience in similar Service Delivery Manager positions.
• Working experience in a banking IT unit and hands-on experience with programming (preferably Microsoft Access VBA—forms, queries, modules, tables, reports, macros).
• Experience in the entire Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement definition to go-live, using any programming language.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, stored procedures, PowerShell scripts, and general database technology on Windows Server.
• Good communication skills (spoken & written) in both English and Japanese (in order to liaise with Japanese speaking clients).
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in a simple, user-friendly manner for non-IT stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in proposing and implementing continuous improvements for maintenance services.
