Assistant Funeral Operations Manager (Contract role, yearly renew)

• Working Day: 5-6-5-6 days including weekend and PH
• Working Hours: 8am to 5pm

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2-4 years of assistant operation manager experience
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• Possess class 3 driver license
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime

Job Description:

• Transfer, Sending and Funeral
• Timely prepare monthly schedule for ground staff
• Safekeep and in charge of petty cash, and vehicles matter
• Work closely with all departments
• Administer the operations team and ensuring that company policies and processes are properly conveyed to them
• Assisting the Human Resources Team in the employment of talents
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR functions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage individuals across various levels.
• Healthcare experience will be preferred
