Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, coordinate, and implement planned daily programme and its activities
• Daily supervision, assisting and monitoring members in the various activities both outside or within the centre, and ensuring safety of all members and volunteers
• Purchase and preparation of daily tea breaks and lunch for members and volunteers
• Support and evaluate growth of members and to plan appropriate development plans for members based on their needs and abilities with inputs from internal stakeholders as well as to develop programmes to support the member in his/her achievement of PDP (personal development plan)
• Assess new members on their trial, identify their needs and potential, and to write post-trial evaluation report
• Carry out behaviour support plans
• Work with member’s families as required and to keep them updated regarding their child / ward progress
• Work with and train volunteers to better assist and engage members in their development
• Maintain administrative work such as daily attendance taking, records of daily programmes, temperature taking, monthly centre report, incident reports, etc.

Requirement

• Minimum O Levels / Diploma in related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience with special needs children is an advantage

Job Scope

• Answering incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner and in accordance with the Hospital policy
• Maintaining confidentiality of caller and Hospital information as directed
• Conducting appointment bookings from all sources of referrals for the Specialist Outpatient Clinics/Centres via phone calls, faxes and emails
• Assisting in rescheduling, cancelling, re-booking and reminding of appointments when required
• Directing calls to internal and external stakeholders
• Handling and resolving complaints
• Providing call back assistance (CBA) service to callers
• Performing other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

• Min Diploma in any discipline
• Prior call centre experience is a must!

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm; 12pm to 9pm)
