• Manage portfolio of existing customers and potential customers via 'face to face' sales visits.
• Produce necessary information for management to evaluate performance vs. key performance indicators.
• Ensure that all customer issues relating to customer service, service recovery and credit control are coordinated and managed though the relevant DHL Express departments.
• Regular meetings with Marketing and Sales management to evaluate personal sales strategy/plan, so as to ensure that the required revenue and shipment results can be achieved.
• Develop a weekly customer visit cycle / Follow Global Call Planning Tool (based on 6 visits a day, mix of 40/30/30) to secure Ship-To-Profile of existing customers, gain Share-of-Wallet and new customer.
• Complete GSP sales reporting requirements in a timely manner, which includes Time Sheet, Activities and Opportunities updates in COMET.
• Weekly Pipeline movement reports to Sales Management.
• Adhere to regional/country standard profit margins and discount guidelines.
• Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximize growth within the existing customer base.
• Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
• Conversion of qualified leads into customers (First Time Buyers) and develop and penetrate existing accounts (Retention and Development).
• Continually develop knowledge of DHL Express' products & services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions to the customers.
• Control all documentation and data relating to customer visits, agreements and terms of reference to ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in customer database.
• Analyze and monitor customer data to measure success and identify fluctuations/trends, so as to decide on relevant follow up actions.
• Ensure all customer agreements are cost-sensitive, so as to ensure a suggested minimum pricing tariff is set and adhered to.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with Degree in Business or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Strong communicator (in written & spoken English) with excellent numeric and presentation skills
• Strong individual who can work independently and within a team to deliver results
• Able to maintain effective performance under pressure

Scope of Services

The scope of the services include, but are not limited to:

• Support project officers in managing IT systems across planning, design, development, deployment, maintenance, and support stages, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Facilitate system onboarding to cloud platforms, manage service activations and data migration processes, and handle technical feasibility assessments of change requests.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review security and compliance reports, prepare cybersecurity documentation, and manage third-party risk assessments.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure contract compliance, report project progress to managers and stakeholders, and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably having gone through at least one (1) full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Familiar with deploying and managing cloud-hosted systems across the various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Hands-on experience with system functionalities testing, GCC onboarding, data migration processes, and supporting services activations/requests.
• Experience in reviewing security hardening reports, VAPT and SCR reports.

• Skillsets :

1. Experience in Operational Technology (OT) and/or Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
2. Relevant professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Azure/AWS/Google Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+, SAN GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
3. Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

· To create comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

· To coordinate across departments to ensure alignment with project goals.

· To create and monitor budgets, ensuring cost control and resource efficiency.

· To allocate resources, manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely procurement of components, tools and materials required for the project.

· Ensure that workforce is effectively deployed to deliver the materials timely.

· To monitor the progress and to tract workers performance and work quality.

· To establish and maintain realistic project timelines, factoring all dependencies, monitor progress ensure meet the milestones, identify schedule delays, and propose corrective actions to meet deadlines.

· To participate site walk, prepare Bill of quantity and tendering.

· To negotiate contract with vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors, ensuring favourable term and competitive pricing.

· To supervise and manage subcontractors, construction team and maintain labour productivity.

· To ensure quality control and assurance to ensure meet required specification and standard.

· To ensure safety aspects of daily works are adhered to and emphasized during toolbox meeting.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Secondary Certificate/Diploma in engineering or other equivalent.

· Minimum 8 years Site Manger work experiences.

· Applicants prefer to have certification in Building Construction Safety Supervisor.

· Experienced in handling multiple projects.

· Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous, Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
