About The Role

The role of a Manager of the TRANS FOCUS Active Ageing Centre is to lead and supervise a team of staff to develop and implement a host of programmes promoting active ageing in the community. In addition, the Manager has to plan and manage outreach initiatives to engage seniors who may be socially isolated. The incumbent is expected to ensure the efficient running and daily operations of the Centre. Central to the role is the ability to engage and collaborate with volunteers and community partners in service delivery.

We are looking for individuals who are excellent team players, passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and to help them age in place.

Candidate Requirements

Technical Competencies:

Bachelor’s Degree, minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Strong command of the English language.

Sales and Growth- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth. 4. Workplace Culture and Etiquette- Promoting a positive work environment aligned with company values. Execute initiatives to address challenges and organize staff welfare events, aiming to achieve a target employee satisfaction index score.
5. Customer Relationship Management- Ensure customer retention by promoting adept problem-solving skills and upholding high service standards among team members.
